Tamara Hill: Dance - VFD in collaboration with University of Westminster

VFD Peep Hole Installed!
There’s an exciting new work on show in VFD’s window gallery. The piece has been created by Tamara Hill as part of a collaboration between VFD and the University of Westminster.
VFD’s creative director, Lyall Hakaraia, partnered up with Liliana Sanguino (Senior Lecturer - BA Fashion Marketing and Promotion) offering Lilianna’s students the window gallery space to use for a site-responsive installation project.
Liliana’s students visited the space to learn of its history. All students then pitched an idea and Tamara’s was selected as winner. Reconfiguring the usual set-up of the window gallery, Tamara’s work requires the space to be darkened, so the front shutter will remain closed for the duration of the display, with visitors viewing through a peep hole space in the entrance way instead.

Tamara’s work will exhibited 31st May.
